We are looking for a dedicated Retail Butcher with 1-2 years of experience to work in our busy butcher shop. Your primary duties will involve preparing, cutting, and packaging meats, alongside providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to create special meat displays and manage various cutting equipment in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cut meats for sale, including special orders

• Wrap and package prepared meats for customers

• Price meats and assist customers in their selections

• Grind meats and prepare specialty sausages

• Maintain sanitary and organized work spaces

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate needed

• 1-2 years experience in butchering required

• Ability to handle physical demands of the role

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients

• On-site work in a fast-paced environment required
