Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets

• Assist in training and developing the sales team

• Enforce company policies and provide coaching

• Manage daily store operations in management absence

• Resolve customer issues proactively and effectively

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Must be at least 18 years of age
