AFIMAC is hiring Security Guards for projects throughout Nova Scotia. This temporary position involves travel readiness and dedication to various security assignments.

As a Security Guard with AFIMAC, you’ll be involved in crucial operations across Nova Scotia. The ideal candidate has prior security experience and is prepared to work under demanding conditions, including organized protests and emergencies. Strong report writing and crisis management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security protocols during organized protests

• Manage responses to man-made crises and disasters

• Facilitate security during labor-related disruptions

• Maintain conducted reports on all security incidents

• Adapt to varied schedules with 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Security Guard role preferred

• Must travel promptly within the province as needed

• Ability to engage in extended physical activities

• English language proficiency required for reporting

• Must legally work in Canada and be a resident
