Location:

Ogden, Utah.

Starting pay: $17.00/hour (day shift), $18.00/hour (overnight shift). Two weeks of paid, hands‑on training. Guaranteed hours with job security. • Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations.
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way.
• Document all responses accurately for the signals.
• Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently.
• Participate in training and development for professional growth.

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Calm, reliable, and professional in a fast‑paced environment with high‑pressure situations.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a two‑week training class.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
