Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative at Bass Pro Shops
Join Bass Pro Shops as a Customer Service Representative, delivering unparalleled support in our inbound customer service center. Engage customers with enthusiasm and guide them through order processing and inquiries.

This role reports to the Group Sales Manager and focuses on providing top-quality service to customers. You’ll utilize POS and Inventory systems to complete transactions while addressing customer complaints effectively. Your ability to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction will play a key role in promoting various Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers enthusiastically

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and promote products

• Accurately process transactions using POS and SAP systems

• Resolve customer issues using good judgment and logic

• Assist asset protection by following all procedures

Requirements:

• One or more years’ customer service experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to exceed customer expectations

• Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle products is a plus

• Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning
