A community organization in Nova Scotia is seeking a Youth Housing Client Relations Liaison to support Indigenous youth transitioning from foster care. This role includes providing 24/7 support, developing housing stability plans, and maintaining documentation in a culturally rich environment. Candidates should have a diploma in community social services, 3 years of relevant experience, and skills in crisis management and client advocacy.

Knowledge of Indigenous issues and community resources is essential. Competitive salary at $22.00/hour.
