As a Coordinator at Railton House, you will play a crucial role in managing diverse programs that support individuals on their rehabilitation journey. Leadership and collaboration with front-line staff are key to facilitating successful community re-entry efforts. An understanding of offender behavior and crisis intervention techniques is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ongoing residential client programs at Railton House
• Implement and sustain staff training and development initiatives
• Keep accurate records and compile statistical reports
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
• Participate in preparing grant applications and funding proposals
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Sciences or Administration
• Three years of experience in social service management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate staff
• Familiarity with community resources and case management
• First Aid/CPR certification or commitment to obtain
