Community Case Worker

Position: Community Case Worker with The Salvation Army
Make a difference as a Community Case Worker with The Salvation Army. This role focuses on comprehensive case management to address complex social challenges effectively.

As part of The Salvation Army, you will help individuals navigate social adjustment challenges. You will collaborate with local organizations to deliver tailored case plans, offer vital in-home training, and assist clients in accessing necessary resources. Your contributions will enhance community programming and support vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive case management plans

• Provide case coordination and referrals to clients

• Conduct in-home visits and training as needed

• Collaborate with volunteers for program implementation

• Assist in statistical reporting and program outcomes

Requirements:

• At least two years' experience in a related field

• Completion of a post-secondary program in Social Services

• Preferred certifications in First Aid/CPR and crisis management

• Strong proficiency in administrative procedures

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
