Position: Case Worker for The Salvation Army
Enhance lives through case management as a Case Worker with The Salvation Army. Connect with clients and develop strategies while ensuring program compliance and safety.

This role requires two years of experience in social service settings and a diploma in Social Services or a related field. You'll develop case plans, conduct assessments, and support volunteers across multiple programs. Home visits and in-home training are part of your responsibilities, impacting lives and ensuring client safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners across Canada effectively

• Develop and manage case plans with tools

• Conduct home visits and participant training

• Assess client suitability for programs and agencies

• Ensure compliance with program policies and client safety

Requirements:

• Completion of 2-year Social Services diploma

• Minimum of 2 years in a related social service role

• Valid First Aid/CPR and WHMIS certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong understanding of professional boundaries
