Position: NSCC Achieve Program Coordinator Role
Join NSCC as an Achieve Program Coordinator in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, directing initiatives for individuals with disabilities. This role requires substantial experience in social services and program facilitation.

In this continuing full-time position, you will be responsible for creating and leading the Achieve Program, aimed at fostering independence and employment skills among participants. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Achieve program planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Guide learners through individualized development strategies

• Facilitate collaborative learning in classroom settings

• Partner with local educational institutions and services

• Promote awareness of the program within the community

Requirements:

• Degree in social services or related area

• At least five years of relevant professional experience

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Experience with educational software and Microsoft Office
