Position: Pathway of Hope Case Worker Role
Empower communities as a Pathway of Hope Case Worker with The Salvation Army. This position focuses on aiding individuals in overcoming social adjustments and breaking cycles of crisis and poverty.

As a Case Worker, you will engage in meaningful case management, collaborating with various partners to create effective solutions for your clients. Key skills include developing case plans and strategies, offering home visits, and supporting volunteers in program execution.

Your role is vital in enhancing community support through proactive intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop case plans using management tools

• Collaborate with community partners for effective solutions

• Assess and refer clients to relevant services

• Provide home visits and training for program participants

• Support administrative tasks and program reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in social services or related experience

• Post-secondary diploma in Social Services or similar

• Valid certifications in First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
