As a senior firmware developer, you will develop embedded firmware for the Sea Power product line, ensuring the reliability of systems designed to operate under challenging underwater conditions. This role emphasizes collaboration and mentorship, enabling you to influence both project architectures and junior developer growth, while managing the firmware from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and debug bare metal firmware for microcontrollers

• Mentor junior firmware developers through design guidance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process

• Conduct testing and diagnostics in lab environments

• Maintain design documentation and sharing of knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field

• Minimum of 7 years in embedded C++ firmware development

• Proven experience in harsh environment electronics

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
