Wage: $20.65-$22.65 per hour

• Deliver office supplies on assigned route to Staples customer accounts while meeting internal schedule and quality standards.
• Prepare for deliveries by gathering appropriate paperwork and performing pre‑trip vehicle inspections while reporting any maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Deliver products and accept returns from customers as per their requirements while obtaining signatures and completing all required paperwork.
• Address and resolve customer feedback and inform supervisor of outstanding issues.
• Engage in safe work practices and ensure cleanliness of vehicle is maintained.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year of truck driving experience of a 16 ft. or longer straight‑bed truck.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5‑year driver abstract with no major moving violations.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted; experience using hand truck/dolly preferred.
• Good knowledge of local metro area, able to navigate, read a map, and use mobile Proof‑of‑Delivery devices.
• Proficient in customer service, verbal and written communication, problem solving, time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced setting under time constraints.

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push/pull, or balance weight for extended periods of time.
• Frequently lift, move, and/or carry up to a maximum of 70 pounds unassisted or may use dolly‑type equipment to deliver products to customers.
• Must be able to enter and/or scan product and customer information into a hand‑held scanner.
• Drive throughout assigned route in all kinds of weather and road conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
