You will be integral in creating and maintaining driver manifests and optimizing delivery and pickup schedules. With 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, you’ll collaborate on safety initiatives and utilize performance data to refine processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate driver manifests daily

• Monitor and communicate real-time route issues with drivers

• Uphold safety standards through monitoring and meetings

• Evaluate performance reports for operational enhancements

Requirements:

• Completion of trade certification or college diploma

• 2 to 5 years' experience in dispatch roles

• Outstanding organizational capabilities and multitasking

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Office
