Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in driving safety, performance, and operational excellence across our transportation network. - Administer the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program by:
- Monitoring, identifying and assigning accurate incentive values to the program based on predetermined parameters
- Addressing concerns from drivers relating to their Scorecard results and incentive payout
- Reporting results to operational groups and drivers
- Process, analyze and report on real‑time data from the on‑board truck computer system
- Communicate in real‑time with operations teams and drivers regarding adherence to operational processes, providing coaching, education and support as needed.
- Partner with the operations team to uphold operational integrity and compliance with corporate safety standards
- Other duties as required
- Post‑secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is an asset
- Experience and/or eagerness to work in a role with high‑volume communication requirements
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; ability to process a high volume of data and information from several different sources
- Advanced capabilities with MS Office, including: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Proficiency in a windows‑based computer environment, including familiarity with web‑based software platforms.
- Prior experience working with a Fleet Manager system (People Net) is a definite asset.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience in the transportation industry an asset
- Bilingual in English / French an asset
