• Administer the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program by:
  • Monitoring, identifying and assigning accurate incentive values to the program based on predetermined parameters
  • Addressing concerns from drivers relating to their Scorecard results and incentive payout
  • Reporting results to operational groups and drivers
• Process, analyze and report on real‑time data from the on‑board truck computer system
• Communicate in real‑time with operations teams and drivers regarding adherence to operational processes, providing coaching, education and support as needed.
• Partner with the operations team to uphold operational integrity and compliance with corporate safety standards
• Other duties as required

• Post‑secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is an asset
• Experience and/or eagerness to work in a role with high‑volume communication requirements
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; ability to process a high volume of data and information from several different sources
• Advanced capabilities with MS Office, including: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Proficiency in a windows‑based computer environment, including familiarity with web‑based software platforms.
• Prior experience working with a Fleet Manager system (People Net) is a definite asset.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Experience in the transportation industry an asset
• Bilingual in English / French an asset
