Bus Monitor Position at STC

As a Bus Monitor at STC, you will play a key role in assisting with the loading and unloading of passengers, while maintaining a safe and positive environment for students. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe transport of children and equipment

• Support school trips with thorough monitoring

• Recommend discipline actions based on observations

• Follow STC policies for professional communication

• Document incidents and submit reports as needed

Requirements:

• Complete necessary training for Bus Monitors

• First Aid & CPR certification is required

• Experience with children, especially those with special needs

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Endurance for extended sitting and repetitive movements
