This full-time role at Postmedia Distribution focuses on preparing and ensuring proper handling of packages. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Warehouse experience will be an advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up racks, bags, and cages for sorting

• Ensure parcels are labeled correctly for sorting

• Scan and sort packages accurately

• Assist with freight staging for carriers

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines rigorously

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift/push/pull weights of 50lbs

• Basic knowledge of English, both oral and written

• Flexible availability and reliability in transportation

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts when needed
