Forklift Operator - Order Picker​/Cherry Picker

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for our client's fast-paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has experience operating Order Picker forklifts .

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring accuracy and product integrity
• Use slip sheet equipment to unload containers, when required
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and general warehouse duties
• Manually load, unload, and move products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety, security, and housekeeping procedures
• Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, dispatch personnel, and drivers
• Support daily warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Forklift Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating an Order Picker forklift in a warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience with case picking, palletizing, and general labour duties
• Slip sheet experience considered a strong asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy level
• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
