This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations through shipping, receiving, order preparation, and inventory organization. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship products to customers.
• Memorize and keep track of product locations.
• Operate industrial-powered equipment (forklifts, pump trucks, etc).
• Restock and replenish bins as necessary.
• Accurately prepare pallet loads and provide quality control of the products.
• Maintain the work area cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Check the goods for quality in the shipping & receiving areas.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies & procedures.
• Fill in other positions if needed.
• Complete all administrative tasks for the department.

• Able to lift packages between 40lbs to 50lbs.
• Able to lift/carry/move or arrange boxes while standing, stooping, or kneeling. The product can vary in size from pipes, toilets, bathtubs, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience & certificate to operate counterbalance and reach certificate are an asset but not required. The company will train if needed.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
