As an Inventory Associate, you will report to the National Inventory Manager and engage in critical inventory oversight tasks. Key skills required include strong organizational abilities and effective problem resolution, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working collaboratively with diverse teams, you'll ensure accuracy and compliance in inventory processes and develop corrective actions for discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
• Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies
• Coordinate with teams to resolve inventory issues
• Reconcile records between physical counts and system data
• Utilize SAP for inventory transactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lift items up to 50 lbs
