Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ warehouse workers

• Supervise shipping, order prep, and daily shifts

• Handle attendance and performance-related challenges

• Propel productivity and improve operational processes

• Maintain adherence to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in distribution

• Strong skills in leadership and communication

• Experience with WMS systems and MS Office applications

• Ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Available for evening shifts, Sunday to Thursday
