Position: Inventory & Warehouse Role
Mackay Marine in Dartmouth, NS seeks an experienced Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator. Leverage your skills in inventory management and shipping logistics to support our operations.

The Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining stock levels and accurate inventory documentation at Mackay Marine. You'll be responsible for preparing shipments, verifying goods, and ensuring compliance with policies. Your customer service skills will enhance office collaborations as you interact with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding inventory

• Ship and receive freight while operating the forklift

• Maintain organized inventory accessible for shipping

• Follow Health and Safety policies at all times

• Assist in data entry for depot shipping activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years in shipping and receiving operations

• 2+ years in an office setting

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs when necessary
