Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
WIS International
Salary$17.50 – $22.50 hourly (productivity bonus up to $2.00, max $5.00 after 6 months).

Responsibilities- Safety first:
Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on time, adhere to traffic laws, WIS safety requirements, vehicle inspections, maintenance and cleaning. - Count and record inventory accurately.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow (playbook).
- Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases.
- Represent the company’s Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe, inclusive environment.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
- Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is a plus.
- No degree needed; open to candidates returning to the workforce or with military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Competitive pay with productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months (max $5.00).

Stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, use of ladder, lift up to 25 lbs. Frequent travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
