Assembler 1st Shift

Job Details

Base Pay: $16.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Assembler 1 is responsible for assembling component parts according to blueprints or schematics, verifying correct quantities, performing quality checks, managing parts inventory, and using hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.

• Perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail
• Identify and segregate non-conforming product
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
• Train other/new associates
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
• Assemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power tools

• Experience with staple guns, drills, etc preferred
• Ability to bend and work in a fast-paced environment
• Lifting up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
