The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Open and close routine tasks.
- Maintain product knowledge & brand awareness.
- Understand business metrics.
- Apply proactive thinking.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Use register / point of sales systems.
- Protect assets.
- Create visual displays.
- Use system skills.
- Work will vary weekly; expect at least 12‑16 hours per week.
- Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays required.
- Hours may increase during peak time frames to support the needs of the business.
- Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. - Retail
Experience:
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred. - Supervisor/Managerial
Experience:
No experience required. - Customer Focus, communication, interpersonal interaction skills.

The starting rate for this position is $17.85 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $17.85 - $17.85 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
