Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to be visually appealing, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support stockroom organization and store cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
