Join Our Team as Cover Supervisor! If you have the confidence to lead a classroom and a genuine passion for working with young people, becoming a Cover Supervisor is a fantastic way to make a real impact. In this role, you will deliver pre‑prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and help maintain a positive and focused learning environment.

You will support students in staying engaged and on task, working across various subjects and year groups, making each day different, dynamic, and rewarding.

  • Confident, calm, and approachable individuals
  • Ability to manage groups of students effectively
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a school or working with young people is a plus – but not essential
