Overview
Location: Darwen
Contract Length: Autumn Term (September 2026 – December 2026)
Pay Rate: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour
Setting: Mainstream Primary School
- Support teaching and learning across the primary curriculum.
- Work with individual pupils and small intervention groups.
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist with classroom organisation and preparation.
- Support pupil wellbeing and personal development.
- Encourage participation, confidence, and progress.
- Previous experience supporting children and young people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A flexible and supportive approach to learning.
- Knowledge of primary education is beneficial.
- Competitive pay rate (£14.25 – £16.00 per hour).
- Consistent work throughout the Autumn Term in a Darwen primary school.
- Support from our education team and valuable classroom experience.
