Welder / Fabricator

Earn £1168 per week (£1168 inclusive of attendance allowance and production bonus) with overtime available on top, paid at time and half and double time.

Darwen, Lancashire

Nights:
Monday–Thursday

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects across sectors such as nuclear, military, and advanced engineering.

• Time‑served fabricator
• Experience in heavy engineering environments
• Skilled in MIG and TIG welding (Ferrous and non‑ferrous materials)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Comfortable welding various materials and thicknesses – especially stainless steel from 1mm to 12mm
• Control route cards and weld schedules transferring the daily data
• Able to follow a WPS
• Ability to carry out coded welding to pass 100% NDT including volumetric testing
