Description
  • As an Apprentice Digital Print Production Operator, you will bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to support the smooth running of our digital print operations.
  • You will work under the guidance of our Senior Printer, assisting with all aspects of digital print production, and will benefit from genuine opportunities for career progression and structured on-the-job training. We offer a four-day working week (Monday to Thursday, 7.5 hours per day), with Fridays off.
Key Responsibilities
  • Your day-to-day duties will include supporting the print team with the processing of printed wallpaper and fabric, while developing a thorough understanding of our product range. You will learn two distinct and specialised printing and finishing techniques used in our manufacturing process.
  • You will also learn paint mixing, to support colour accuracy and consistency across production.
  • You will work closely with senior print operators, progressing over time from trainee to a fully competent Print Production Operator. As your training develops, you will begin operating the print machinery directly, building speed, accuracy, and product knowledge.

  • This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
