Serve CAA Members and non-Members with worldwide travel services, customer service, and sales support. This position offers training for passionate travel candidates.
As a Travel Consultant with CAA Club Group, you will maintain client records, update files, and provide regular follow-up. The opportunity suits experienced Travel Agents, new graduates, or candidates starting travel careers. Customer service, sales, communication, and organizational skills support success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members
- Keep client records and files consistently updated
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Provide regular follow-up with clients
- Complete training provided for travel services
- Two to three years of customer service and sales experience
- TICO certification completed, underway, or willingness to complete
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Availability for stated call centre operating hours
