As a Personal Banking Associate, you will address customer needs, resolve banking problems, and guide clients toward appropriate solutions. You will support frontline staff, promote digital banking confidence, and help maintain accurate branch processes. This role suits candidates with banking knowledge, customer experience skills, and effective organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Improve branch processes and customer experience
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
