Drive sales growth in Southern Ontario as a District Sales Manager with LAPP. Leverage your wire and cable industry experience to support OEM customers and develop long-term relationships.
At LAPP, a family-owned industry leader in cable technology, you will manage your territory under the Regional Sales Manager's guidance. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales for OEM clients, integrating solutions, and maintaining strong partnerships with channel partners. Utilize CRM systems for effective territory management and execute strategic sales calls to meet established targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage territory using CRM for sales pipeline
• Develop relationships with OEM customers and installers
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
• Conduct end-user sales calls with counterparts
• Follow up with clients post-installation for satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years in wire and cable sales
• Proven experience selling harnessing services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days a week
