Type: 1099 Contractor
Compensation & ScheduleLocal Pay Rate: $60/hr
Traveler Pay Rate: $55/hr
Per Diem: $150/Day (7 Days Per Week)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM | 60 Hours Per Week
Additional Schedule Details: Night shift schedule supporting construction activities within an active operational facility.

- Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety with 3+ years of experience OR
- CSP or CHST with 5+ years of experience OR
- OSHA 510 with 7+ years of experience
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Must have own laptop or tablet
- Must have at least 3 LOTO locks/tags
- Experience supporting electrical construction activities
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Experience supporting work in active operational facilities
- Conveyor System Installation Experience
- Electrical Construction Safety Experience
- Lockout/Tagout Program Management Experience
- Familiarity with large distribution or fulfillment facilities
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors in occupied work environments
- Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical conduit installation activities
- Monitor conveyor system installation operations
- Ensure proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed
- Verify proper barrier placement and hazard communication practices
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
- Coordinate with contractors and site supervision
- Maintain required documentation and safety records
- Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
