Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

This role allows you to practice intentional, relationship-centered medicine with a model built entirely around seniors 65 and older. Position Highlights

• Outpatient senior-focused practice serving a Medicare and Medicare Advantage population

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a dedicated lunch hour

• Expected daily panel of 10 to 15 patients, allowing you time for deep engagement

• Quality-driven model with no RVU requirements or fee-for-service pressure

• Designated high-need location with strong internal advancement and leadership pathways

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Active Florida license or ability to secure licensure

• Comfortable managing a senior-only 65+ patient panel

• Strong documentation habits and alignment with value-based principles

• Years of experience is preferred - but new graduates will be potentially considered if committed to senior-focused, preventive care

• Passion for patient-centered communication and collaborative medicine
