Position Summary

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD) .This role requires a physician with strong professional training, proven Medicare Advantage experience, and the ability to integrate smoothly into an established practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and counsel patients on medical conditions
• Perform annual physicals and promote preventative health measures
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and oversee follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Conduct follow-up visits and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Supervise and guide medical staff, ensuring compliance and high standards of care
• Promote preventative health practices (diet, rest, exercise)
• Stay current with medical innovations and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Medicare Advantage experience in Florida
• Board Eligible with completed Residency
• Active and valid Florida Department of Health license with no disciplinary actions
• Must Have DEA license or able to get it within 6 months of starting
• Must pass OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks
• Enrolled/eligible as a CN Provider
• Strong professional training background
• Demonstrates a strong personality, leadership, and ability to adapt to current team dynamics
