The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's main goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will guide our customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

The role involves physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Working around moving parts and occasional exposure to chemicals may occur.
