Supply Technician – Operating Room

Full‑time, Day Shift (United States)

• Ensures all identified supply and instrument needs are placed on the appropriate case cart and ready for patient use according to the surgery schedule.
• Assists in the pulling and organization of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Supports the Operating Room staff with supply identification, ordering, and availability when needed.
• Provides support during surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Participates in regular inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Works closely with Materials Management to ensure fiscal responsibility in the ordering of supplies.
• Maintains necessary supplies to provide patient care without unnecessarily increasing inventory.
• Communicates promptly with Coordinators, Facilitators, and Surgery staff when identifying supply or instrument concerns.
• Monitors and manages inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
• Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

$20.80 – $38.67 per hour
