Service settings include:
In-home, school-based, and clinic environments

  Clinic, in-home, school, and private school partnerships
• East Orlando (Waterford Lakes Clinic)
  Clinic, in-home, and school-based services
• Kissimmee (Kissimmee Clinic)
  Clinic, in-home, and school-based services
• Deland Region
  In-home and school-based services
• Davenport/Poinciana Region
  In-home and school-based services

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

We partner with over 11 graduate schools and universities to provide practicum placements and professional growth opportunities.

We'd love to connect with you if you have:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Current and active BCBA certification
• Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff
• Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
