Responsible for overall Tavern operation of Food & Beverage service with a focus on operations management and department leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities Include- Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight to initiative management, structure, approach, and reporting for entire food & beverage operations.
- Develop and drive planning of new opportunities.
- Direct budgeting process and daily management of budgets, analyzing fluctuations, and instituting changes/enhancements as necessary with Board approval.
- Responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis and planning, budgets, inventory control, sanitation and safety, training and development, staffing, and employee relations.
- Collaborates with team to develop appetizing menus for dining service and all events.
- Works with team member(s) in connection with event planning.
- Manage initial and ongoing relationships with vendors.
- Ability to utilize POS system (Touch Bistro) and inventory software systems.
- Plus other work related tasks.
- Lead and oversee daily operation of the Food & Beverage business with a focus on staffing, revenue and margin generation, controls, and performance.
- Responsible for the overall Member experience, communication of goals and expectations, and ensuring operating and safety standards are maintained.
- Interact with Team Members and drive development of the team through continuous training and role modeling.
- Monitor equipment and infrastructure needs to generate growth.
- Responsible for adherence and interaction with applicable regulatory agencies and requirements.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Responsible for adherence to the governing documents, guidelines, rules, and regulations of the community and be the Manager on Duty (MOD) after standard HOA business hours.
- Facilitates quick and efficient communication between front and back of house team members.
- Partners with the Community Manager/Lifestyle Director to identify, coordinate and market all community events, programs, and services.
- Prepares and submits operations’ reports and other documentation requested by the Board of Directors.
- Plus other work-related tasks.
