We are seeking a General Manager (GM) for our existing Restoration and Cleaning franchise. The GM will operate as an equity partner, with the opportunity for sweat equity or profit sharing.

We have an established restoration and carpet cleaning franchise. We require a GM with IICRC and AMRT certifications, willing to participate in profit sharing or sweat equity. The GM will run the business as if it were their own, needing high energy, dedication, and ownership of responsibilities.

NOTE: If you are not in the property restoration business, please DO NOT apply. Only restoration professionals with certifications such as WRT, CCT, IICRC, and AMRT will be considered.

• Oversee daily operations of the business unit, managing resources, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals, focusing on operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Maintain high standard of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance service offerings and business development.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports; implement strategies to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff; foster a productive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Years of proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning and restoration industry.
• Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications.
• WRT, AMRT, and optionally ASD certifications.
• Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
• Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable creating Xactimate estimates.
• Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
• Ability to work in the field when needed.
