DTC Content & Merchandising Specialist

• Update and maintain category grids, product recommendations, and on‑site search optimizations
• Refresh category pages on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis based on traffic and priority
• Conduct quality assurance on the site to identify and resolve issues with product data
• Build, QA, and launch new landing pages for promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Implement SEO strategies as directed by the eCommerce Marketing Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Sales Force Commerce Cloud platform
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce/DTC, digital merchandising, or digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in prioritization and time management to manage multiple tasks effectively

• 1+ years of experience with basic HTML writing/editing
• Understanding of core foundational principles and best practices in e-commerce
• Natural curiosity and willingness to learn with a proactive approach
• Technical aptitude and comfort working in e-commerce platforms and systems
• Adaptability and flexibility in changing project requirements
