  Assisting with the daily operations of the General Manager and team leadership

• Must Love Team Building:
  Assisting the General Manager with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, evaluating performance
• Cost Controller:
  Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and supplies. Oversees production, portion control, waste, and pilferage
• Focused on Customer Service:
  Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Must be able to handle customer issues well in order to ensure repeat business
• Working Manager and Team Player who can jump in where needed
