Overview
The Server provides exceptional Royal Service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly. This role ensures a positive dining experience by addressing customer needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and collaborating with kitchen staff for accurate order delivery.
The Bartender provides an exceptional guest drinking experience by crafting both classic and creative drinks that meet and exceed customer expectations. A successful Bartender is enthusiastic, engaging, and dedicated to delivering high-quality service in a friendly atmosphere.
The Bartender provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customermie service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.

ResponsibilitiesThis is a hybrid position of Server/Bartender.
(May include some or all of the following as applicable)
- Greet residents promptly, make menu recommendations, repeat back orders for accuracy, deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, present check, collect funds for payment and make change quickly>
- Follows local, state and federal health standards, and follows recipes designed by onsite F&B leadership.

- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the bar, dining room, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by onsite F&B leadership.
- Hand wash and/or use of industrial dishwashers for glassware and other barware items.

- Assist with overall alcoholic beverage preparation.

Education and Experience
- High School or GED preferred
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of basic restaurant sanitation.
- Continuing education will be offered and administered as needed.
Skills and Abilities

Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to-mer, work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time, may fluctuate. May handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages. Reach with hands and arms, communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions; complete all required forms.
