The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers, assisting with questions and requests while moving around the store.
• Executes pricing and signing:
  Update ticket prices and store signage efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store:
  Pull and prepare merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes for customers.
• Receive and unload merchandise:
  Work with teammates to unload shipments and prepare backroom merchandise.
• Backroom standards:
  Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel:
  Contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy:
  Implement leadership plans for merchandise placement to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment:
  Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

• Results:
  Solve problems and make decisions that drive sales, profit or customer service; work efficiently and effectively.
• Ownership:
  Provide great customer service; build positive, inclusive relationships; take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity:
  Proactively improve the customer experience; act with energy and urgency.
• Work experience:
  
  1-2 years retail experience.

For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year. All store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday will receive additional compensation.
