Retail Sales Specialist - Starlink

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. In this role, you’ll lean into your people skills and passion for technology to create unforgettable customer experiences. We’ll provide ongoing training and self-guided learning, so you’re always ready to showcase the latest Starlink products and services.

Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals

Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees

Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth

Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long-term tech needs

Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones

Maintain specified department merchandising and organization

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to work successfully as part of a team

3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields
