The franchise territory covers a 35-mile radius surrounding the Davenport, FL area.

- Proven outside sales experience in restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
- Expertise in damage assessment and providing accurate restoration estimates.
- Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process.
- Proficiency in Xactimate, CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Mold/Water Damage certifications (IICRC AMRT or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct site inspections and present tailored proposals.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
