• Identify and schedule qualified tours for our sales consultants.
• Participate in a proactive team effort to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide a high-quality and warm experience to guests and members.
• Maintain constant communication with the Director of In-House Marketing regarding exceptions and events.
• Sell attraction tickets and schedule transportation services for guests and members with thorough knowledge of area and resort information and directions.

• Strong persuasive interpersonal skills to gain guest acceptance of ideas, plans, and services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Timeshare sales or marketing experience is a plus.
