You will handle routine repairs, inspect operations, and ensure safe, clean, and well‑kept common areas. Shift: Tue–Sat, 3pm–11pm, with on-call and weekend hours as project demands.
Required 2+ years in building trades, strong customer service, and communication. High school diploma or equiv.; HVAC certification is a plus.
