ZRS Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled maintenance for our Davenport, FL community. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver timely repairs and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, apartment turnover within 3–5 days, and regular maintenance of common areas. On-call hours may apply; EPA certification is preferred.
